Requests by delegations and individuals to speak to a standing committee must be submitted in writing (fax or e-mail) to David Tomczak, Senior Manager, Board Services, by 4 p.m., two days before the day of the committee meeting. This motion will be debated at the next Programs and School Services Committee of the Toronto District School Board at 5050 Yonge Street. The meeting begins at 6:30pm on Tuesday, April 7th, 2009. Requests must include: the topic that will be address, the name of the speaker, address of the speaker, contact information for the speaker (phone, fax, e-mail), the name of the organization (if the speaker is representing an organization such as a school council or community group)
