The Yonge and St. Clair neighbourhood in Toronto is about to get a new look. The intersection will undergo redevelopment on all four corners which will include the revitalization of retail spaces, the unification of building exteriors, and a re-design of the streetscape, street furniture, and paving. The developer has partnered with artists in the design process and is striving to create a unified and updated look to the buildings that surround the intersection.
The project aims to create a more enjoyable experience for shoppers and residents and is expected to be completed in 2018.
