Parking enforcement officers in this city are used to be sworn at, threatened and occasionally even assaulted by scofflaw motorists. But being gagged isn’t what they normally have to worry about.
Until now.
As of Friday, the Twitter account of Toronto’s outspoken bike lane guardian Kyle Ashley has been silenced at the request of his police bosses while they investigate the propriety of his tweets.
