Manager, Rental Office
33 Davisville Avenue
Dear Mr. Truong,
Recently, several of your tenants at 33 Davisville Avenue have come forward to me with troubling concerns regarding property maintenance and the quality and upkeep of their units. They’ve also told me that the building’s elevators are often inoperative and create unsafe situations for the residents.
Moreover, I understand that the building has suffered from – and continues to suffer from – a bedbug infestation. Several tenants have felt that your response to this important concern has been neither supportive nor effective.
Several tenants believe that their rent is too high, especially in light of the perceived lack of maintenance and ongoing issues within the building.
I would appreciate a prompt response from you, outlining an immediate timetable for resolving these concerns. Tenants’ safety and quality of life is very important to me and should be a priority for us all.
