 The City of Toronto holds public consultations as one way to engage residents in the life of their city. We invite you to get involved.  Planning application for: 2131 YONGE ST and 32 Hillsdale Avenue    The City is holding a Community Consultation meeting where you can learn more about this application,  ask questions and share your comments.  Details are as follows:  	Date:	Wednesday May 29, 2013 	Time:	7:00 p.m.  	Place:	North Toronto Collegiate – Auditorium, 17 Broadway Ave.  Proposal  An application has been made to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit the construction of a 38-storey north tower and a 29-storey south tower.  The height of both towers includes a common 6-storey podium.  A total of 693 residential units and 497 parking spaces are proposed.  Commercial uses are proposed on floors 1 and 2, and a restaurant is proposed on the 38th floor of the north tower.
