Planning application for: 2221 YONGE ST

The City is holding a Community Consultation meeting where you can learn more about this application ask
questions and share your comments.
Details are as follows:

Date: Wednesday June 5, 2013
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Place: North Toronto Collegiate – Auditorium, 17 Broadway Ave.

Proposal:

An application has been made to amend the Zoning By-law to permit the construction of a 56-storey mixed use building at 2221 Yonge Street.  The proposed development includes 506 residential units and 338 square metres of commercial space at grade on Yonge Street.  Parking (306 parking spaces) is proposed to be provided in an 8-level underground garage.
