First public consultation meeting for a proposed residential building with an 8-storey podium and towers of 23 and 21-storeys. The proposed towers are 80 metre and 72.65 metre height respectively. The proposal contains 634 dwelling units and 205 parking spaces.

Final public meeting organized by my office to present a revised proposal by the developer after a 2-year review process. The proposal is for a 15.85 metre tall 4-storey residential building, containing 75 units. It would replace the existing five residential rental buildings, containing 25 units.
