City Planning received an application for the property 1331 Yonge Street, the former CHUM site, to amend the Zoning By-law and the Official Plan in order to permit the construction of a new 11-storey mixed-use building with 153 residential units above, 4 commercial units at grade, and parking underground for 240 vehicles and 150 bicycles.
