Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, our office is receiving an extremely high volume of correspondence and our response may take longer than what we’d normally be able to provide.
Moreover, as many city staff have been redeployed to emergency operations, we are finding that there are currently delays across all city divisions. This is understandable given the unprecedented circumstances.
That being said, we are actively working on ensuring that every email we receive is responded to and that you are supported. While the pandemic is obviously a necessary focus for us all, we will not lose sight of the many priorities of our community and the residents we serve.
